Trust me, I've been out there.
Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken.
If you are hunting a new job, you are probably asking yourself many of the same questions I used to ask myself in the same situation:
- “How do I tailor my resume so that the recruiter will realize I’m a great fit for this position?”
- “What can I do to make sure I stand out from other strong applicants?”
- “What is really the ‘right’ job for me – and how do I find out?”
There are no quick-fix answers to these questions. I embraced some really smart job hunting approaches early in my career. And, honestly? I was amazed to see the results, being offered one job after the other.
A few years later, I started hiring people myself. From that day on, I really started understanding why smart job hunting strategies just work. I saw why these smart tweaks in a resume or the clever job interview approach made me want THAT candidate. And no one else.
Personally, I believe the world will be a better place when you’re in a job that’s a good fit for you. You’ll be happier with your job, and you’ll do a better job. All the research I’ve ploughed through show that those are closely linked.
That’s the reason why I am eager to teach you the elegant job hunting techniques that’ll take you the straight steps to where you want to be.
Let me be your guide to your dream job. That’s my dream job.
